PRODUCER – FACTUAL ENTERTAINMENT / LIFESTYLE TV

Abode Entertainment is looking for an experienced, hands-on Producer to work across a slate of property, lifestyle, house-hunting and renovation television series. This role is for someone who will personally be doing the researching, casting and producing, while also being capable of leading a small team and driving episodes from pre-production through to post.

Key responsibilities

- Personally researching and casting contributors, homes and stories
- Conducting contributor interviews and developing robust storylines
- Story producing episodes from initial research through to filming
- Preparing filming beats, schedules, call sheets and production requirements
- Working closely with hosts, contributors and crews




- Leading and supporting Researchers and other production staff
- Following stories through the edit and post-production process
- Working across house-hunting formats as well as larger renovation series

About you

- Strong experience in factual entertainment, lifestyle, reality, property or renovation television
- Highly organised
- Strong storyteller
- Confident with contributors
- Comfortable both doing the work yourself and leading a team
- Previous television Producer experience is essential
