Landscape Services Team Member – Level 2

n

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Services Team Member to join our team in Rookwood.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- General grounds maintenance, landscaping and gardening duties.
n
- Mowing, trimming, planting, watering and turf maintenance.
n
- Hedge and tree trimming and general garden maintenance.
n
- Weed control and chemical spraying.
n
- Operate and maintain landscaping machinery and equipment, including mowers, brush cutters and other plant equipment.
n
- Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning and maintenance.
n
- Follow all WHS, PPE and chemical-handling requirements.
n
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks safely and on time.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance,



horticulture or park management.
n
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Landscaping, Parks & Gardens or a related field, or currently working towards it.
n
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
n
- Experience or training in chemical spraying/chemical handling.
n
- Experience safely operating landscaping machinery and tools.
n
- Good communication and organisational skills.
n
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work involving regular bending, lifting, walking and carrying.
n
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
n

Desirable

n

n
- MR or HC licence.
n
- Current First Aid Certificate.
n

n
