We are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to join our established boutique accounting and tax firm with an in-house associated financial planning entity in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.

For the right person, there is a genuine pathway to partnership and the opportunity to play a significant role in the future growth of the practice.

We have built a successful boutique practice based on strong client relationships, quality advice and a supportive and pleasant working environment. We are looking for someone who shares these values and is interested in building a long-term future with us.

The Role:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Provide tax planning, accounting and business advisory services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with the ATO and other professional advisers
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes
- Play an active role in the future direction and growth of the practice

About You:

You are an experienced public practice accountant who is technically strong,



commercially minded and ready for the next stage in your career. You will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong Australian tax and accounting knowledge
- Significant experience managing a portfolio of clients independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in business advisory and client relationships
- Strong experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
