We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join one of Australia’s most trusted brands, working within a supportive and established self-insurance team.

Full Job Description

Manage a portfolio of claims with a focus on proactive case management within this worker’s compensation team. Managing end-to-end claims, with a mixture of front and tail claimswithin a self-insurance setting.

This is a permanent full-time role, with the office located in Ipswich, Queensland.

About the role

- Managing a portfolio within Queensland legislation, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
- Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved

About you

- Previous experience in managing end to end workers compensation claims within QLD




- Empathetic professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management across a mixture of front and tail claims
- Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
