Eloma Care is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial operations from a remote Australia-based location. You will ensure general ledger integrity, manage month-end close, prepare management reports, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with NDIS rules.

This full time role reports to the CEO and supports AP/AR functions. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years in a senior finance position.
