About the Role

n

Manly Vale Nursing Home is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our committed clinical team.

n

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents. You will provide hands-on nursing care, clinical guidance, and contribute to maintaining best practice clinical governance in line with current aged care standards.

n





You will also provide leadership and support to care staff while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.

Available Shifts

n

We are currently looking for (RNs) to join our team for AM and PM shifts.

n

About You

n

You are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely passionate about caring for older Australians. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional resident-focused care.

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an RN in aged care or home care (less experience may be considered for the right candidate)
n
- Strong clinical skills including:n n
- Assessments
n
- Medication management
n
- Wound care
n
- Continence and catheter care
n
- Palliative care
n

n
- Understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Excellent communication and computer skills
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and healthy workplace culture
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Current NDIS Worker Check
n
