Kalgin Global Logistics is seeking a talented and driven Solutions Specialist to join our growing Solutions team. This role is central to how we run, support and continuously improve CargoWise across the Kalgin Group. You will work closely with Kalgin branches and teams to support how the business engages with our core software, and ensuring our processes and systems are aligned . Over time, this role will also play a key part in leading major system initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

- Providing day-to-day support and training to the team on CargoWise.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise system workflows and configurations to meet business needs.
- Delivering training sessions on new and existing CargoWise functionality and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining user guides, training materials, and FAQ documents.
- Developing and maintaining automated workflows and tasks across all branches and teams.
- Supporting Cargowise-linked products, including long-term support for new solutions rolled out.
- Helping develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CargoWise processes.
- Working with our software providers on new features and ongoing improvements to the systems we use.
- Liaising with our software provider on support tickets, release notes, and testing new system updates before rollout.




- Exploring current technologies such as AI and proposing innovative solutions to improve how the business operates.

About you

- Strong knowledge of CargoWise forwarding modules
- Operational experience in freight forwarding (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail
- Track record of finding new and better ways to optimise processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Self-learner who is adaptable and open to change
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
