About the role:

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.

n

In this Full-time position, you will be responsible forcoordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuring orders are picked,loadedand dispatched accurately and on time.

n

You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.

n

You'llbe a great fit if you:

- Havepreviousexperience in a warehouse,logisticsor distribution environment
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
n
- Hold a current forkliftlicenseand have robust forklift operating skills
n
- Have a strong commitment to safety,qualityand operational excellence
n
- Can coordinate workloads,prioritisetasks and meet production deadlines
n




- Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment
n
- Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
n
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays asrequired
n
