We're currently looking for a polished, people-first Receptionist (Casual) to join our front-of-house team. This is more than a front desk role—it's an opportunity to shape memorable first impressions while supporting the ongoing OEM training coordination.

The Role

n

As the face of Westside BMW, you'll create a warm, professional and effortless experience for every guest, every time. Alongside reception duties, you'll play a key role in coordinating training that supports our people to perform at their best.

n

- Delivering a welcoming, attentive and memorable arrival experience for our clients
n
- Managing reception operations, including calls, emails and guest enquiries
n
- Coordinating and scheduling OEM training programs
n
- Supporting administrative processes with efficiency and attention to detail
n




- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external training partners
n

About You

n

You're organised, energetic and naturally service driven. You anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

- Experience in a reception, front‐of‐house or administrative role
n
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional presence
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask with ease
n
- A proactive mindset and high attention to detail
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
n
