Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including property inspections, rental enquiries, and application processing.
- Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, correspondence, and property records.
- Conduct entry, routine, and vacate inspections, including detailed reporting.




- Facilitate smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaising with all stakeholders through to completion.
- Manage inspections, appointments, key dates, and tenancy milestones.
- Contribute to the continued success of Coco Ma Real Estate Pty Ltd by delivering exceptional property management services and client experiences.

Skills & Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Highly organised with robust time management and prioritisation skills.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative and work independently when required.
- Sound computer skills and the ability to quickly learn property management systems and software.
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, as many of our landlords and clients communicate in Mandarin.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

The following are advantageous but not essential:

- Current Victorian Estate Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
- Currently studying, or willing to undertake, relevant Real Estate or Property Management qualifications.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, customer service, administration, or a similar client-focused role.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
