Forward Ability Support in NSW seeks an experienced intake coordinator to be the first point of contact for participants, families and referrers, owning the participant journey end-to-end from enquiry to onboarding. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Newington with versatile work-from-home options.

You will manage intake, funding verification and service agreements, coordinating with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate, compassionate transitions into services.
