Soho Financial is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team. Perfect for school leavers, university students or career changers, no mortgage experience is required - we'll train you from the ground up.
You’ll work directly alongside one of South Australia's top-performing brokers, gaining hands-on experience across the full loan process while developing the skills to build a career in mortgage broking.
The Role
- Prepare and package loan applications
- Attend client meetings alongside the broker
- Manage documentation, follow-ups and lender communication
- Provide administrative and client support
- Learn credit assessment, product selection and deal structuring

- Strong organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident with documentation
