As a Nursery Hand, you'll play a vital role in the production, care, and dispatch of our plants. This is a hands-on role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

- Potting and plant production
n
- Order picking and dispatch preparation
n
- Weeding, irrigation, and general nursery maintenance
n
- Operating machinery (potting machines, tractors, forklifts) - training provided
n
n
About you
n
n
- Takes responsibility for their work and follows tasks through to completion
n
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without close supervision
n
- Uses initiative—identifies what needs doing and acts on it
n
- Robust attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
n
- Experience in a nursery environment or with machinery is an advantage, but not essential
n
- Access to your own transport
