Fund Product Development Manager

Location: Sydney, NSW, AU

Contract: Full time

- Project management responsibility including the coordination of internal stakeholders such as sector teams and other key stakeholder teams including distribution, legal, tax and finance.
- New product concept design and internal business case approval process
- Creating investor marketing materials and capital raising documents / pitches, and supporting investor due diligence
- Deal structuring including optimising holding and capital structures
- Preparing and presenting papers for the Board, Investment Committee and other management committees.

About You

The ideal candidate will present 3-5 years' experience within financial advisory, investment management or private equity and real-estate or real-assets specific experience.

You will be experienced in project management, utilising underwriting and valuation methodologies, as well as bring demonstrated experience operating in a dynamic environment with large-scale transactions. Partnered with strong verbal and written communication skills, you will be an independent thinker and showcase comfort in dealing with ambiguity and problem solving.
