Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer – Part-Time Temp
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer for a temporary assignment, starting immediately, working 20 hours per week. This role suits someone looking for part time hours who has solid experience across accounts receivable, credit control and customer account management.
Key responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts and receivables
- Allocating incoming payments
- Following up outstanding payments
- Resolving account and payment discrepancies
- Preparing weekly statements
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Assisting with month-end processes
About you
- 2+ years' experience in AR, Credit Control or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- PRONTO & CreditorWatch experience highly regarded
