As a customer-focused professional with a passion for providing technical support and assistance, you will be a valued and integral member of our Technical Services team.

Key responsibilities

- In this busy and wide-ranging role, you will work closely with customers, plumbers, consultants, developers and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service outcomes and ensure compliance with GVW requirements.
n
- Using your knowledge of plumbing, water and sewer connection processes, you will provide technical advice, interpret plans and assist customers through a range of property-related enquiries.
n
- Primarily, you will manage the administrative processes associated with water and property connections,



ensuring efficient and timely service delivery while maintaining compliance with the Corporation's requirements and relevant legislation.
n
- Based at the Shepparton Operations Centre where you will enjoy being part of a working environment amongst technical and operational staff with the bonus of hassle-free parking.
