As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring our members and guests receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.

What We're Looking For

- A minimum of 6 to 12 months' supervisory or management experience within hospitality, clubs, hotels, or licensed venues.
n




- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and support a team.
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
n
- Current RSA and RCG certifications (or the ability to obtain them).
n
- Full Australian working rights.
