About the role:
n
We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to take on the ultimate role in club operational management at our prestigiousBathurst Club. We are looking for a customer service professionalwho can coordinate club operations from the various departments ofthe club to ensure our members and guests are our number onepriority. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a hands‐onleader, and will direct and mentor the team to ensure customers areattended to with efficient, responsible and friendly service whilstmaintaining a clean and safe environment.

As a Duty Manager:
n
n
- Managing the day-to-day business of the club;
n
- Daily cash reconciliation, processing and completing managementreports;
n
- Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests;
n
- Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislativerequirements;
n
- Managing staff on shift including directing, leading andmonitoring staff productivity and performance;
n
- Ensuring the success and cohesion of the variousdepartments;
n
- Managing conflict resolution and customer complaints and;
n
- Complying WHS principles and legislation.
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role withina high volume and fast paced workplace highly desirable;
n
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
n
- Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
n
- Ability to deal with complex situations and make effectivebusiness decisions;
n
- High standard of personal grooming and;
n
- Current RSA/RCG and First Aid qualifications;
n
- Completion of a Clubs NSW Management course or Certificate IVin Hospitality Management would be highly regarded or willingnessto complete.
