About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Hand to support our operations at Bridgewater on Loddon.

This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring products are safely received, stored, picked, and dispatched to meet customer expectations.

You will work closely with a small, supportive team and play a direct role in maintaining product quality and site standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Accurately pick, check, and prepare customer orders




- Load and unload trucks in line with safety and chain of responsibility requirements
- Move finished goods between production and warehouse areas
- Ensure products are labelled, stored, and recorded correctly
- Conduct forklift operations and daily safety checks
- Maintain clean, organised, and compliant warehouse areas
- Assist with stock control, pallet management, and receivals
- Support food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards at all times

- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Able to follow processes and maintain attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to support varying shifts

Skills & Experience

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong numeracy and record-keeping ability
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- HR/HC licence (desirable, not essential)
