We will give you all the training you need to be able to help our customers and progress your career.This is a call-centre based role - you will be taking inbound calls and help with anything from basic troubleshooting to fault finding. We want to empower you to problem solve and deliver our customers the best experience possible.What You'll DoIn this role, you will work 8 ‑ hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am , Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full ‑ time equivalent) .An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)A genuine curiosity about IT and technologyA background in accounts or customer serviceConfident computer skills and comfort with basic data entryWarm, clear communication with a team-oriented,
