Teacher of Secondary Mathematics (including VCE Mathematics)

The Geelong College is seeking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated Teacher of Secondary Mathematics to teach across Years 7-12. The ability to teach VCE General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics would be highly regarded.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Mathematics teacher to inspire and engage students through stimulating and authentic learning experiences, while contributing meaningfully to the academic, pastoral and co-curricular life of the College.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum (Years 7-12)
- Contribute to VCE Mathematics teaching (desirable)




- Relevant educational qualification and experience gained in a similar role
- Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
- Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
- Current First Aid (HLTAID 011), CPR (HTLAID 009) and asthma
- Completion of the College anaphylaxis or 22578VIC anaphylaxis qualification
