Collar Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Service Manager to join a well-established residential aged care organisation in Canberra, ACT.

The Opportunity

Position: Residential Service Manager

n

Employment Type: Full-time

n

Salary: Up to $165,000 + super, based on experience

n

Preferred Start Date: Prior to November 2026

n

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Residential Service Manager within residential aged care

n

About the Role

n

As the Residential Service Manager, you will provide solid leadership across the residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents.

n





You will be responsible for leading and supporting staff, overseeing clinical and operational performance, and fostering a positive and person‐centred culture within the service.

n

About You

n

We are looking for a confident and experienced aged care leader who has:

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Service Manager or similar senior leadership position

n

Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance

n

Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams

n

Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

n

Strong organisational, problem‐solving and leadership capabilities

n

Candidates must have the appropriate Australian working rights.
