About the Role:

- Work on complex and high-net-worth property matters alongside parenting, financial agreement and child support work.
n
- Have genuine responsibility for your own clients and files, with the support of experienced senior lawyers.
n
- Be involved in negotiations, mediations and litigation rather than being limited to one area of Family Law.
n
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted adviser throughout often complex and sensitive matters.
n
- Whether you're a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate, there is scope to shape the role around your experience and career goals.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of Family Law matters.
n
- Take carriage of files and progress matters efficiently from commencement through to resolution.
n
- Prepare and review agreements, court documentation, correspondence and advice.
n
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and litigation as required.
n
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Skills & Experience

n

n




- Admitted to practice in Queensland with a current Queensland Practising Certificate.
n
- Solid Family Law experience, ideally including complex property or private client matters.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to deal directly with clients.
n
- A thoughtful, analytical approach with sound judgement and solid attention to detail.
n
- Someone who is proactive and self-sufficient, while still valuing collaboration and teamwork.
n
- Work with experienced Family Law practitioners on matters that will genuinely challenge and develop your skills.
n
