Bayside Health in Melbourne's Alfred campus is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance across the Alfred Care Group sites. You will lead building and engineering activities, support the Facilities Manager, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for patients, staff and visitors.

The role requires solid project management, experience with CMMS, and a background in healthcare facilities management, including CAPEX planning.
