Clinical Partnerships Manager | Private Wellness Retreat

HARP operates a premium residential recovery model with a minimum twenty eight day stay. The Clinical Partnerships Manager owns HARP's relationships with the referring clinical community: general practitioners, psychologists, psychiatrists, allied health and hospital discharge teams, with a particular focus on the AOD and mental health sector. They are accountable for building presence, running education, activating referrers, and converting that network into a steady, predictable flow of quality admissions across HARP's Victorian facilities.

Key responsibilities

- Place and maintain HARP information stands in general practice clinics across target catchments, keeping collateral current and in date
- Map and prioritise the referrer landscape: GP clinics, psychology and psychiatry practices, allied health and hospital discharge pathways
- Plan and run GP luncheons and in service education sessions, kept genuinely educational and clinically led rather than transactional
- Present HARP's model, including the 5i Recovery Curriculum, to prescribers and referrers in a way that builds clinical trust




- Follow up systematically after every engagement to convert interest into an active referring relationship
- Activate referrers and generate qualified referrals into HARP
- Track every referral and admission back to a named referrer or clinic, maintaining attribution discipline in the CRM
- Build a referral pipeline resilient enough that HARP is not dependent on any single channel

About you

- Background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, private hospital intake, or from within the AOD and mental health sector with a natural relationship building instinct
- Credibility and emotional intelligence to build clinical trust with referrers
- Ability to track referrals and admissions with attribution discipline in the CRM

About us

HARP currently operates twenty one beds across three Victorian facilities in the Dandenong Ranges: Sanctuary at Olinda (13 beds), Stonehurst in Sassafras Forest (4 beds), and Monreale House (4 beds), with an average client length of stay of approximately six weeks.
