Cluster Manager – Emporio Armani, Melbourne Locations

n

Full-time, Permanent 38 hours per week

We're currently looking for an experienced and driven Cluster Manager to lead and oversee 4 locations across Chadstone, Doncaster and Melbourne CBD.

n

About the Role:

n

As Cluster Manager, you'll lead our Boutique Managers and their teams to deliver strong commercial results, deliver an exception client experience in-store, and consistent execution with operations across every location.

n

n
- Driving the commercial performance within your region through strong leadership and clienteling
n
- Build, coach and development your leaders and their teams
n
- Support the stores with hands‐on coaching in clienteling, after-care and CRM
n
- Oversee all store's administrative operations, including WHS, rostering and timesheets
n
- Build a positive and supportive culture across your region that brings out the best in your team
n




- Analyse business data and work closely with the Boutique Managers to set clear goals and create strategies to get the best results
n

n

Driving consistency across operations, compliance, visual merchandising and presentation standards.

n

Support the Boutique Managers with recruitment, onboarding and team performance

n

Identifying opportunities to grow sales, strengthen team capability and improve the client experience.

n

About Your Skills:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a retail manager, preferably within fashion retail
n
- Strong business mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience using POS systems
n
