Colac Otway Shire is seeking a Talent and Engagement Business Partner to partner with leaders, identify current and future workforce needs and support workforce planning activities.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment and selection, develop talent attraction and EVP initiatives to strengthen the Council's employer brand, and facilitate succession planning and talent management to enhance organisational capability. You will also support onboarding, lifecycle, and offboarding processes.
