Shadowfax Winery & Restaurant, located in the prestigious Werribee Park precinct, is seeking experienced hospitality enthusiasts to join its busy Front of House team as a casual section waiter.

It’s a fast-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience

- A minimum oftwo years’ experienceworking in an a la carte restaurant environment as a section waiter, providing full table and wine service
- Experience using Seven Rooms and Order Mate is advantageous




- A keen interest in Mediterranean food and knowledge of basic wine varietals
- A passion to provide outstanding service and a memorable customer experience by demonstrating a professional approach and displaying initiative and genuine hospitality
- A valid Victorian RSA
- Three plate carry

Availability

Wednesday to Sunday from 11am as required. Full weekend availability is essential for this role.
