You'll be the first face customers see at Powersport Central, running our front desk and parts counter. You'll keep our parts department humming while providing excellent customer service across sales, service and parts enquiries.

Key responsibilities

- Answer phones and greet customers on the floor
- Order and source parts, and keep customers updated
- Provide general customer service across sales, service and parts enquiries
- Fit helmets, boots and riding gear, and help customers get the right fit
- Keep the front desk and showroom looking sharp

About you

- Some knowledge of motorcycles, or a genuine interest and willingness to learn quick
- Friendly, switched-on communicator who's comfortable on the phone and in personReliable, organised, and happy in a busy front-of-house role
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus
- Staff pricing on parts, gear and bikes
- Genuinely fun team, team weekend away, and event days out
- Working in an industry you can actually get excited about
