We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist / Physiotherapy Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who is ready to take the next step in their career, develop their leadership skills and have a meaningful impact on both clients and the clinical team. About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist / Team Leader, you will combine clinical work with leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients
- Managing a clinical caseload across a range of presentations
- Supporting and mentoring Physiotherapists and junior clinicians
- Providing clinical guidance and support to the team
- Assisting with clinical decision-making and complex cases
- Supporting the development of clinical skills and best-practice approaches
- Working closely with Clinic Managers and the broader leadership team
- Supporting team performance, productivity and service quality
- Contributing to clinical meetings, training and professional development
- Helping maintain high standards of clinical documentation and compliance

families and other healthcare professionals About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- Experienced in private practice and/or community allied health
- Confident managing a clinical caseload independently
- Passionate about delivering high-quality client care
- A solid communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident mentoring and supporting other clinicians
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Interested in developing their career into a leadership position
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Previous leadership or senior clinical experience is highly desirable. What
