You will provide advanced clinical assessment and intervention, with a robust focus on improving both the functional communication capacity of the child or young person and the capability of the care system supporting them. This role also involves district-wide consultation, systemic care coordination, and contributing to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical supervision.

Key responsibilities

- The role sits within a dynamic, specialist mental health team and includes opportunities to work across NSW, with some travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area required.

- As a Senior Speech Pathologist (Level 3), you will play a key leadership role in delivering and overseeing high-quality speech pathology services for children and young people with complex mental health, trauma,



and attachment-related presentations stemming from experiences of abuse and neglect.

What you need

- Provide an example of how you have delivered clinical leadership or expert consultation within a multidisciplinary or interagency context.

- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
n
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
