We are looking for an experienced Liquor Store Manager to take responsibility for an existing store. The priority is someone who can step into the position with a solid understanding of retail liquor operations and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.

Key responsibilities

Staff leadership

Stock and inventory management

Ordering

Compliance and liquor licensing requirements

Establishing strong operating standards for the recent location

About you

At least 3 to 4 years' experience in retail liquor operations management

Strong understanding of stock control, merchandising, ordering and retail store operations

Previous liquor industry experience, ideally within an independently operated bottle shop

Experience managing staff, customer service standards and store performance

Current RSA and any WA liquor management or licensing requirements applicable to the position

Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a store
