Southern Forests Employment Hub is seeking a senior Retail Purchasing & Inventory Manager to lead strategic purchasing, inventory control and supplier relationships for the Grocery Department across multiple WA locations. You will partner with growers and suppliers, drive category strategy and optimise stock flow in a rapid-paced retail environment.

You will mentor retail supervisors and warehouse teams, ensure HACCP/OHS compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in purchasing systems.
