TRATOR OPERATORS WANTED | 5/2 ROSTER | WHITSUNDAYS

About the Role

LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Tractor Operators to join our team on a 5/2 roster in the beautiful Whitsunday Region. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of agricultural and land management projects, operating modern machinery in a safe and productive environment.

As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of tractors and associated equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tractor machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform routine pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Carry out slashing, grading, spraying, cultivation, and other land management activities as required
- Maintain machinery and work areas to a high standard
- Report faults, hazards, and equipment issues promptly




- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project objectives

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery
Current Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated, and hardworking attitude
- Experience with GPS-guided equipment (desirable)
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills (desirable)
