Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

Due to a strong increase in enrolments, Miss Parker's Preschool is expanding our teaching team and seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator for a permanent full-time position.

n

This is a newly created role—not a replacement position—within our privately owned, boutique 50-place preschool in Glenhaven.

n

We work exclusively with children aged 3–5, allowing our educators to focus on the preschool years without being moved between nursery and toddler rooms.

n

Our staffing model is designed to operate above minimum ratios, providing genuine daily support. You will work alongside experienced primary and early-childhood teachers in a beautifully resourced indoor and outdoor learning environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, play-based and intentional learning experiences
n
- Support children's confidence, independence and social-emotional development
n
- Contribute to thoughtful preparation-for-school experiences
n
- Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
n
- Develop warm, professional relationships with children and families
n
- Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming learning environment
n
- Work collaboratively with the preschool teaching team
n

About you

n

n
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current paid NSW Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training
n




- Sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
n
- Warm, reliable and professional approach
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Experience working with children aged 3–5 is preferred
n
