Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, easts is home to Olive & Oak, our contemporary dining space, and Artie's, our sports bar. Following a major redevelopment of the venue, we've built somewhere the local community genuinely wants to spend time, whether that's a long lunch, a quiet drink after work, or a packed room on game day.

We're looking for energetic, vibrant and customer-focused people with hospitality experience behind them to join our food and beverage team. You'll know your way around a busy service, and we'll back you with the training, support and shifts to keep building on it.

Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing bar service which includes mixing drinks
- Preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages
- Consistently promoting the Easts brand and promotional activities
- Providing accurate information on Club activities and assisting with patron enquiries in a highly qualified manner

The successful candidates will have:

- Experience in either bar or wait service.
- Enthusiastic and customer focused
- Team oriented
- Happy to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends
- A current RSA & RCG competency card
