We're looking for a passionate and driven leader to take the next step in their career as a Regional Manager in Queensland and help lead us on this exciting path forward.

With 7 Stores across Queensland, supported by a strong network of experienced Store Managers, you'll be pivotal in driving our strategy.

n

You'll combine strong leadership with commercial acumen, coaching teams to succeed while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the business, you'll help shape strategy, accelerate growth and deliver sustainable results across the region

What we're looking for:

- Proven leadership capability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

- Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive performance through people.

- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing geographically dispersed teams.
n
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing business metrics and reporting.
n
- A successful track record of improving performance through training and development.

- The ability to identify and grow talent while building succession capability across your region.
n
- Demonstrated success in team engagement, relationship-building and influencing outcomes.

- Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel domestically as required.
