We're a small but passionate Disability Support provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, hands-on personal careand support to people living with Disabilities.

Our focus is on respect, compassion, and connection - supporting every client as an individual and empowering them to live with dignity and independence.

With demand growing across the Latrobe Valley, we're looking for caring and reliable Support Workersto join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients live comfortably and confidently at home and in the community.
Your day may include:

Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.

Supporting clients with meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.

Offering companionship, ensuring emotional wellbeing and safety.

Assisting with medication prompts and following individual care plans.

Encouraging independence, social participation, and community involvement.

Keeping clear and accurate notes on client progress and wellbeing.

Joining clients on outings and group activities to support inclusion and connection.

About You

You are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely care about others. You take pride in helping people with their personal care needs while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

We're looking for people who have:





A genuine passion for personal care and quality support.

Experience or qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Nursing.

Excellent communication and empathy skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Flexibility to work across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

A Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle(preferred).

First Aid & CPR certification.

NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.

National Police Checkand Working with Children Check.
