You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and drive preventative programs while ensuring high standards of presentation and resident satisfaction.
You will mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians, oversee CapEx planning with the Community Manager, and maintain strict safety and compliance across both sites.
