Acombinationofpeoplemanagement&technicalleadership,theInfrastructureManagerwillleadofteamof16people,drivingstrategy,modernization&operationsspecificallyinthetraditionalITinfrastructurestack. TheITInfrastructureenvironmentcomprisesofover3,000serversacrossnumeroussitesincluding3DCs.

- Takeownershipofplanning,designing&implementingInfrastructure,backup&recoverytechnologies
n
- Performworkloadmanagement,projectplanning,forecastingandresourceallocation
n
- Aligntechnicalactivitieswithorganizationalstrategicobjectives
n
- Defineandenhancebusinessprocesses
n




- DeveloprobustprocessesforongoingoptimizationofInfrastructure
n
- Manageateamoftechnicalengineerstoensureoperationalandstrategicneedsaremet
n
- ManageandmaintainInfrastructurebudgets

What you will need to succeed:

- 5+yearsexperienceinInfrastructureManagement
n
- 10+yearsexperienceinInfrastructureEngineering
n
- Provenpeoplemanagementskills
n
- Previousownershipofdepartmentbudgetsandforecasting
n
- Proficiencywithvirtualization-VMware,Hyper-V,SANs
n
- Strongexperience/knowledgeofStorage,Backup&Recoverytechnologies
n
- ExperiencemanagingDCtechnologies
n
- Excellentcommunicationskills
