Job Description
The Administration Officer – Planning Services provides administrative and customer support that enables the effective delivery of Planning Services. The position acts as a first point of contact for customers and supports statutory and strategic planning services through the coordination of applications, referrals, customer requests, records and administrative workflows, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant service delivery.

- Base annual salary $76,692 per annum (pro-rata) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative or business support within a regulatory, technical or customer service workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience maintaining records, databases and document management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply organisational procedures and administrative requirements.
- Solid communication and customer service skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
Experience supporting Planning Services in Local Government will be highly regarded.
