We are searching for a mature & experienced Manager to join ourteam.

About the Job:

n

Responsibility for managing and maintaining a small team to ensure product quality control, as well as an enjoyable customer experience

n

Rostering of staff

n

Supervising Health & Safety in the café, to HACCP Certification standards.

n

Responsible for stock management, rotation and ordering

n

Maintain Kiosk presentation and cleanliness

n

General administration & paperwork of staff hours & Invoices etc.

n

Open Monday to Friday only, no night work, and closed public holidays.

n

Salary range – approximately $70,000

n

Profit Share available to the right person after a qualifying period.

n

Key Requirements:

n

Proven leadership experience with sound & confident decision-making skills

n





Must be a team player as we are an inclusive & small team environment, with robust customer focus.

n

Ability to work under pressure & multi-task when required

n

Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, and a great work ethic and flexibility are always beneficial.

n
