We're on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative/ Trade Counter and Customer Service Champion to join our energetic Sydney West team at Pool Systems, part of POOLCORP – the world's largest pool and spa product distributor.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Servicing both metro and regional customers via phone and email with product information, promotional offers and manage customer relationships.
n
- Providing a sales support function for customers and field sales team.
n
- Provide quality trade counter face to face customer service.
n




- Manage a list of local customers to drive sales.
n
- Offering innovative solutions to our customer's needs
n
- Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training.
n
- Ability to be adaptable to workplace daily requirements.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Providing outstanding customer experience.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Customer first focused with a friendly phone manner.
n
- Attention to detail paired with effective time management.
n
- Reliable, hardworking and solution focused.
n
- Ability to help the warehouse and lift stock as required.
n
- Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook
n
- Experience from within the Pool industry preferrable but not essential
