Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team in Maryborough, Victoria. This part time, permanent role is essential in providing support to individuals in the Aged Care sector, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Domestic Assistant will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in their living spaces.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
n
- Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
n
- Assist with laundry and ironing tasks as required.
n
- Support clients with meal preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
n
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
n
- Provide companionship and support to clients as needed.
n
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role, preferably within the Aged Care sector.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
n
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
