Carbone Lawyers in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Assistant to join our team in a full time capacity. You will handle new client inquiries, collect data, and ensure accurate entry into our case management system.
You will also refer calls to the right stakeholders and respond promptly. When not responding to inquiries, you’ll perform paralegal and admin tasks, including preparing correspondence and organising files.
