Wehave four consults, 2 surgical suites, dental suite,fully equipped laboratory and pharmacy, separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards, large treatment room, IM3 radiology, ultrasound and more.

We have an interesting case loadacross our four veterinarians, promote excellentteamwork andcommunicationsincludingmorning and afternoon rounds and have a shared rotating roster across Surgery, Hospital, Procedures and Consulting.

We're looking for anexceptional nurse who enjoys all aspects of surgery,hospital and nurse consulting, that isconfidentor emergingin Anaesthesia, Analgesia, Imaging,Dental,Soft Tissue, Orthopaedic, WoundManagement and Rehabilitation.

n

This chance may also suit an ECC nurse looking for a GP role with normal hours.

About the Role

n

n
- Mon 8-4pm,



Wed & Fri 8-6pm with ability to pick up more hours if desired
n
- Deliver high-level veterinary nursing care across all areas of the clinic
n
- Lead and support junior nurses in their clinical development
n
- Perform and oversee anaesthetic monitoring and surgical nursing
n
- IV catheter placement, blood collection, and advanced patient care
n
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
n
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hospital cleanliness standards
n
- Support client communication and education with professionalism and empathy
n
- Assist in maintaining efficient clinic workflow and standards of care
n

Qualifications and Experience

n

n
- Certificate IV Vet Nurse or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
n
- Minimum3+years' experiencepost qualification
n
- Knowledge ofEzyvetandSmartflowwould be advantageous but not necessary
n
- Proven rapportand communicationskills with colleagues, clients and the community
n
