Oral Surgery Clinics is a specialist oral & maxillofacial surgery practice based in Armadale. Our team of three surgeons work across several clinics in inner Melbourne locations and at several private hospitals.

Our up-to-date purpose-built clinics provide free onsite parking and are close to public transport.

Salary is commensurate with level of experience and qualifications

The position is Full-Time and available for immediate commencement.

Full Job Description:

Duties include but are not limited to providing chairside assistance to surgeons in clinics and hospital settings, setting up sterile surgical trays, maintaining strict infection control, taking digital X-Rays and 3D scans,



stock management and performing reception and office duties.

We are seeking candidates that meet the following criteria:

Certificate III in Dental Assisting or willingness to undertake Certificate training while working

Prior experience in Oral Surgery assisting is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.

Own transport is essential. The role requires some travel between clinics and hospitals.

Computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Highly organised, have strong attention to detail, a quick learner, able to multi-task and be self-motivated

Able to work well in a team and independently

Well presented, courteous and respectful to patients
