We are seeking an experienced Routine Inspection Officer / Property Management Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Property Management team.

n

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with Property Management experience who enjoys being out on the road and working with clients, but is looking to step away from the pressure of managing their own portfolio.

The Role

n

Working closely with an experienced team of Property Managers, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
n
- Completing inspection reports and identifying maintenance requirements
n
- Preparing and issuing entry notices
n
- Communicating with tenants, owners and Property Managers
n
- Providing additional support to the wider Property Management team as required
n

n

The portfolio is predominantly located within an 8km radius of Brisbane CBD,



with a fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card provided.

About You

n

n
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
n
- Previous Property Management or Routine Inspection experience
n
- Strong communication and attention to detail
n
- Confident identifying property maintenance and condition issues
n
- Current driver's licence and valuable driving history
n
- Experience with Reapit PM, Inspection Express or similar would be advantageous
n
