We are currently seeking dedicated Dishwashers / Kitchen Hands to join our vibrant team and contribute to our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces.
- Assist in kitchen prep tasks as needed under the guidance of the culinary team.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet high-volume demands without compromising quality.
- On occasion, assist with deliveries to various event locations, ensuring timely and safe transport of catering goods.

Requirements:

- A valid Victoria Driver's License is essential.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work across the various shifts mentioned.
