About Aeralife Bayswater

Aeralife Bayswater offers high quality residential aged care in a friendly and inviting living environment. Set amid a lush natural landscape, the home provides short-term respite care, permanent care, and dementia care including a purpose-built Memory Support Unit with its own gardens and courtyards.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

- Provide quality resident care in accordance with residents' preferences and care needs
- Administer and document consumer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents and family members
- Provide comprehensive, safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes
- Plan and evaluate nursing care in consultation with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and residents using effective interpersonal communication
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the clinical management system, ensuring data is accurate and complete
- Monitor, assess and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Assist residents with behaviours of concern through participation in the development and implementation of individually tailored management plans
- Support care staff in delivering high-quality resident care
- Promote dignity,



choice and independence for all residents
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive care environment

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment where no two days are the same and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Aged Care
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and relevant experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended)
- Full Australian working rights
